The Dr. belittled me and made me feel bad throughout my whole appointment. Our general chit chat was negative on her end and while we discussed my contact wearing she repeatedly criticized me on not changing them every two weeks or less among other things. I understand encouraging and educating like the dental hygienist does about flossing but Dr. Kathleen Crowe was just rude and mean. I've also had cataracts for years and she was the first optometrist that wouldn't bill my yearly eye exam to my vision insurance she claimed that because I had cataracts she had to bill my health insurance which cost me $ out of pocket when the exam should have been completely covered. So the doctor I would give ZERO Stars.

However, Optician Gary Weaver, was AMAZING!!! If you have any questions about insurance coverage in correlation with getting contacts or glasses go here! He is so helpful and knowledgeable!

Summary: Go to a different doctor get a prescription and then if you're struggling with getting glasses come here and work with Gary to find the glasses that are right for you!

It was a great experience! Dr. Crowe took me in at last minute no appoinyment, everyone was so attentive. They got busy for the end of the day and we waited for a descent amount of time, but they kept apologizing and letting us know they haven't forgot about us. What a great group of people! Thank you so much!
